About me

From code to business — and back to data

I started as a programmer in 1994; the roles of analyst, project manager and director came along the way. Since 2002 my world has been e-commerce.

Over two decades, more than 1,000 e-shops have passed through my hands — built, integrated or analyzed — including projects across the EU for market leaders in their fields. That's where my core belief comes from: good decisions are made over data and hard numbers — not on a hunch.

A programmer at heart

A full-stack programmer and analyst. Writing code since 1994 — from Informix and C++ to the .NET stack — I still read every layer of a system, so nobody can pull the wool over my eyes.

BI & data analytics

I design and build BI tools and live deep in e-commerce data — revenue, margins, ads, logistics. Data driven isn't a buzzword for me; it's the default.

Strategist & motivator

A systematic thinker with an MBA and a SCRUM/Kanban background. I set direction, keep teams moving and turn plans into shipped projects.

European e-commerce

Thousands of e-shop analyses across 35 markets taught me how European e-commerce really works — and I keep collaborating with the best in the industry.
